This traditional stone cottage in the village of Gardenstown sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Guillemots is a charming, traditional stone cottage, centrally located in the heart of the fishing village of Gardenstown on the stunning north east coast of Scotland and can sleep four people. The cottage is set over three floors and has a second floor double bedroom and a second floor twin bedroom with a basin and WC. There is also a shower room, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen with an AGA (in winter months), a dining room with an open fire and a sitting room with an gas fire. Outside there is nearby parking and a private, enclosed, decked terrace to the front with furniture. Guillemots is a wonderful base for your holiday near the coast.
Accommodation
Electric storage heaters with electric towel rail in shower room, open fire and gas fire. AGA range cooker (Oct to Apr), combination microwave/oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Roadside parking on first come, first served basis 2 mins walk, load/unloading outside cottage only. Enclosed front decked terrace with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 3 mins walk. Coast 2 mins walk. Note: AGA is available from Oct to Apr only and heats the kitchen and dining room. Note: Sloping ceilings in bedrooms. Note: Due to steep stairs, not suitable for elderly guests and children to be supervised. Note: Limited mobile coverage. Note: Property accessed via 8 steps leading to the entrance and deck. |
